Schiacciatelo un pò e avvolgetelo in un pezzo di carta forno grande almeno il doppio della dimensione dell'impasto. Ponete in frigo per 1-2 ore.&nbsp;</span></span></div><div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #555555;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 28px;">Trascorso il riposo, riprendete l'impasto (che si spezzerà facilmente) e snervatelo (per poterlo poi stendere), lavorandolo molto velocemente con le mani (pochissimo, altrimenti si scalderà)</span></span></div><div style="margin-bottom: 0px; <span style="color: #a64d79;">227g burro</span><br />
<span style="color: #a64d79;">1 uovo</span><br />
<span style="color: #a64d79;">pizzico di sale</span><br />
<span style="color: #a64d79;">150g zucchero</span><br />
<span style="color: #a64d79;">alcune gocce estratto vaniglia</span><br />

<span style="color: #a64d79;">Mettiamo nel mixer il burro con lo zucchero e lo montiamo a crema, aggiungiamo l'uovo , la vaniglia e sale mescoliamo ed infine la farina. Dividiamo l'impasto , una metà la stendiamo in un rettangolo e nell'altra mettiamo il cacao , impastiamo poi facciamo lo stesso con questa &nbsp;la stediamo in un rettangolo .Lasciamo riposare l'impasto in frigo 30 minuti. &nbsp;Cuocere nel forno a 175° per un 10/15 minuti. Poi vi invito a guardare questo video e seguirlo con attenzione cosi vi sarà facile procedere sulla formazione dello scacco . E' piu facile che lo spiegare.</span><br />
